I work across different levels of organisations: from one-to-one coaching, to team and group dynamics, to more strategic and organisation-wide trajectories. My work is particularly rooted in leadership development, change management, and navigating complexity with clarity and care.

I work in English, Dutch and French. I am based in Berlin and work both in person and remotely. Travel can be discussed where relevant.
